On those busy tubing days it is important to know how many tubes are available to rent to customers, and when existing tubes will be returned. The Tube Pro "Tube Tracker" is easy to use and accurately displays your on hand inventory and when tubes will be returned.

Basic Functions

1. The main function of the program is to keep track of when rented tubes will be returned and can be rented out again.
2. The user can update the total number of tubes to be rented quickly and easily at the beginning of the day.
3. Presently, rental times are one, two, and three hours, or a full day. Other time slots can be added if required.
4. The program prints out the lift ticket quickly and clearly allowing the lift operators to see when someone's time is up.
5. The program also allows for multiple rentals to be entered for large groups and the user can choose to print a different colored ticket if desired.
6. A return tube option is available in case a mistake is made entering rental information such as time, and number of tubes rented.
7. The program updates every minute to ensure the user has current and accurate data.
8. The days records are not cleared until the program is properly shut down and the user chooses to clear the records ensuring no data is lost during unexpected computer failures.
9. If one of the rental information fields is empty the program tells the user what is missing.
10. The Log Viewer allows you to see daily, monthly and yearly totals all on one easy to read calendar layout.
11. The Log Viewer can be quickly changed to display previous logs from any month or year that the Tube Tracker was used.
