COMMERCIAL SAFETY PADDING AND COVERS
Ski Area Padding - Tower and Post Pads
All standard padding, is cut from superior quality automotive grade "closed-cell" waterproof foam. Take advantage of our designing, cutting and sewing expertise for all your ski area padding and cover needs. Our stock Snow Gun and Ski Lift Tower pads are 2-4" thick, with thicker specification and sizes used when desired. This foam is specifically designed for impact absorption and is ideal for safety protection. No need to worry about mold if exposed to water or air moisture changes. Leave these covered pads out all year long. Both foam and cover can be purchased separately.
The PVC outer cover is 19 oz. coated 1000 denier fabric, (-55 cold crack minimum), and UV fade resistant, with 4-6 coated metal buckles sewn to it with adjustable strapping that easily wraps around poles and towers.
Hydrant Pad Covers (Large)
Tube Pro Hydrant Pads are designed angular shape and fold-over top lid, to completely enclose the hydrant for maximum concealment and protection. The use of 2" closed-cell waterproof foam ensures pad longevity, and provides great impact absorption from an individual, or grooming machine. Five heavy-duty straps with adjustable buckles ensure a tight and firm fit. Custom Hydrant Pads are also available, please call for design, and quotation requests.
Hydrant Pad Covers (Custom)
Tube Pro custom Hydrant Pads are designed for a streamlined cover appearance. Two fold-over top flaps completely cover the hydrant for maximum protection. The use of 1" closed-cell waterproof foam ensures pad longevity and provides impact absorption. 7 heavy-duty straps with adjustable buckles ensure a tight and firm fit. Warning/Caution upgrade available for all ski area padding
To en
hance the visibility and safety of ski area padding for post, tower, hydrant and barriers pads, Tube Pro has custom designed a warning/caution feature which can be easily sewn to the exterior of a variety of ski area pads.The caution/warning feature attracts visual attention with its alternating 'safety' yellow and black pattern. The warning/caution ribbon is made from high quality 19 oz. PVC coated 1000 denier material, and is an economical add on feature to any pad purchase.
Chairlift seat pad with easy clip buckles
Gone are the days of having to struggle with bungee cords and ropes to attach and remove your seat
pads from chairlifts. All 
Tube Pro Chairlift Pads utilize adjustable buckle strapping that can regulate the tension on the pad, as well as provide easy fastening, and removal. Our universal double, triple and quad chairlift seat pads are made with adjustable webbing straps and rugged plastic buckles with secure tabs. The pads can easily be flipped over for double the use and are made with closed-cell waterproof foam, so all our padding will last for years to come. The "closed cell" waterproof foam is great for impact absorption, and is very comfortable as a chair seat. Tube Pro 
closed-cell foam does not have the same adverse compression characteristics as the more common "open cell" polyurethane foam seating. With our "closed cell" seat foam being waterproof, chairlift seat pads will not absorb water, resulting in mold if ski poles ever damage the 19 oz. PVC coated cover material.
Snow Tubing Barrier Pads 
Snow Tube Barrier Pads, provide the security and comfort as a last resort for run-away tubers! The pad core is made from both high density closed-cell foam; to create the structural shape, and with low density closed-cell foam for an impact absorbing core. For stationary pad placement our Barrier Pads have the option of a sewn-in Velcro strap system at the rear. This allows for the manual insertion of rods to fasten the pad to the g
round. Alternatively, we can sew on two large 2" Velcro straps on the ends to form a continuous "modular" barrier system. Each pad comes with two rugged carrying handles for transporting around the ski hill, or the tubing park as speed conditions warrant. Ski Industry Covers
Our snow gun covers come in a variety of sizes and colors. They are a great way to protect the snow fans and guns in the off-season. The draw string at the bottom prevents animals from nesting inside the equipment, or chewing through wiring. Ask about printing your resort logo on the covers as well.
Athletic Padding
Our wrap around post covers come in a variety of sizes and colors and pad the entire circumference of the pole. They are a great way to protect players upon impact. The 3" Velcro closure securely fastens the entire height of the pad . The padding within the cover is closed-cell waterproof foam, so pads can be left outside for the season.
Stock sizes are listed above, but all sizes possible. Stock colors are BLACK, RED, BLUE, GREEN and Safety YELLOW, other colors are available upon request.
